Description
We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Hatfield Peverel Care Home in Chelmsford.
The role involves providing person-centred care to our residents, supporting their independence and honouring their choices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care
- Observing and managing residents' behaviour with care and documenting and reporting any changes
- Supporting residents' nutrition and hydration needs
- Providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
- Maintaining accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements
We are looking for someone with motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
