We are seeking an Analyst, Market Delivery (PMO) to join our team. This opportunity is reserved for PWD candidates only.
The Market Delivery team provides end-to-end project delivery and implementation of Mastercard's products and services, acting as a Project Management Office (PMO) and coordinating activities across internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
As an Analyst, Market Delivery (PMO), you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, driving end-to-end project delivery from initiation through successful completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining project scope, managing project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, governance forums, and status reporting
- Developing and maintaining delivery process maps, implementation documentation, and operational readiness plans
- Leading cross-functional coordination efforts to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer and business requirements
- Supporting Customer Delivery teams, Product, Technology, Operations, and other stakeholders across markets and regions
- Researching, analyzing, and resolving implementation issues
- Tracking project performance, analyzing delivery metrics, and preparing reports, dashboards, and executive updates for leadership
- Producing high-quality presentations, business cases, and reporting materials for customer-facing and internal communications
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance project management, reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency
- Ensuring effective stakeholder management through clear communication, alignment meetings, and executive-level presentations
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with partners across Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Delivery functions
- Supporting the Delivery team through internal training, knowledge sharing, and coaching, fostering capability development and delivery excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Programming, Systems Engineer, Computer System Engineer, Telecommunications Engineer, Data Analysis or similar
- Strong Project Management Office (PMO) skills and implementation management experience
- Strong knowledge of card payments, including authorization, clearing, and settlement, with experience in financial services and technology environments
- API Knowledge for Java and open languages
- Experience leading customer onboarding, product launches, and service implementations
- Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard development capabilities
- Executive presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to senior leadership
- Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, data analysis, and project delivery
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and risk management skills

- Experience using databases and data visualization/business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to analyze data and deliver actionable insights
