Description
The Lab Automation Tooling Developer role is part of the Device Layer Management (DLM) team, which works on multiple applications related to lab automation. You will assist in maintaining and enhancing a suite of web portal-based tools written in various languages, primarily Ruby and Python.
As a member of this highly experienced development team, you will:
- Develop RESTful microservices
- Gain experience in all aspects of the development process
- Support a user base of over 5K internal users
- Learn advanced development and code management techniques
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and:
- Working knowledge of Python
- Experience developing AI applications
- General Computer Networking understanding
- Relational database experience (nice to have)
- Ruby-on-rails experience (nice to have)
