Partnership Manager, Razer AI

Join Razer's global mission to revolutionize gaming as a Partnership Manager, Razer AI.

You will build and scale the partner ecosystem for Razer QA Companion-AI, a human-in-the-loop, AI-powered Quality Engineering platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute partnership strategies across AAA, AA, and indie game studios, publishers, and QA providers.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard high-impact partners to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.
• Build and manage executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive joint business planning and establish mutually beneficial go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to support pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and partner-led growth.
• Enable partners through training, workshops, and sales readiness programs.
• Monitor industry trends and represent Razer AI at industry events.
• Measure, analyze, and report on partnership performance.

Pre-requisites:

• Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, or account management within technology/SaaS companies.
• Strong strategic relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with experience in go-to-market, partner programs, or ecosystem growth.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in AI, gaming, developer tools, or emerging technologies.
• Startup experience, with the ability to build programs and processes from the ground up.
• Familiarity with software development, testing, AI tools, or enterprise software.
• Experience working with game studios, developers, technology vendors, startups, or innovation programs.
• Passion for AI, gaming, and ecosystem building.
