Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at our Formby Simply Food store. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working behind the scenes to ensure our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing stock and deliveries
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the store
- Working flexibly across the store as needed
- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store
You'll work the following shifts:
- Wednesday 04:00-08:00
- Friday 04:00-08:00
- Saturday 04:00-08:00
Please note that you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December due to operational requirements.
As a Customer Assistant in Operations, you'll need to be physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.
