Building Superintendent

We are seeking a Building Superintendent / School Property Supervisor to join our team. As a Building Superintendent, you will be responsible for executing projects coordinated and supervised by the school-based Operations Director and the Network Facilities Team, including small- and large-scale repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Execute projects coordinated and supervised by the school-based Operations Director and the Network Facilities Team
• Maintain fire prevention systems, including sprinkler systems, fire alarm panels, and fire extinguishers
• Maintain HVAC systems, including providing guidance for staff on operation
• Coordinate with outside vendors and hold them accountable for timely and excellent completion
• Perform multiple repair and maintenance tasks throughout the day, including carpentry work, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, and general facility repairs
• Available evenings and weekends as needed for facilities work and emergencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (exceptions may be made for certain experience)
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as a building superintendent
