Outpatient Physical Therapist

PT Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team in our Crabapple clinic.

We’re focused on helping individuals regain mobility, independence, and well-being through compassionate care and evidence-based treatment.

Your Role:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy and targeted exercise interventions.
• Collaborate with PTs and PTAs to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic medical records system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Current state licensure (or eligible)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team oriented with a collaborative mindset

Salary: $75,000 – $105,000/year + monthly incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients/day

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $30,000 in select locations!
