Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance

AIA Digital+ is seeking an Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance to support specific functional/business areas in terms of information system needs.

The successful candidate will act as a liaison between information technology and business for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading digital quality assurance for all group platforms on MS Power Platform and RPA Platform
• Implementing automated testing services for digital platforms to improve service quality and speed of delivery
• Developing processes, procedures, and measures to ensure performance, resilience, and quality objectives are met
• Creating a roadmap for continual improvement for testing and quality assurance
