Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst at EA SPORTS FC Mobile Shanghai, you will play a crucial role in defining measurements and instrumentation specs to track in-game behaviour and partner requests.

You will perform in-depth analysis on player segments, funnels, progression, churn, and spend, translating findings into prioritised actions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and evaluating A/B and multivariate tests to measure the impact of events, content updates, and campaigns.
• Building and maintaining dashboards, recurring reports, and self-serve queries for daily performance to facilitate decision-making.
• Applying AI/ML techniques in data and analytics to improve targeting and outcomes.
• Communicating insights through clear storytelling and recommendations to global partners.

Requirements:

• More than five years of experience in analytics/data roles.
• Advanced SQL and Python or R skills.
• Strong foundation in statistics/experimentation and applied modelling.
• Experience with machine learning is required.
• Experience with large-scale data environments such as Hadoop/Spark, Redshift/BigQuery/Snowflake.
• BI/dashboard experience with tools like Tableau/Looker/Power BI.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication across regions/time zones.
• English language proficiency is required.
