Freelance Brand Expert

Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Brand Experts to join the team. As a Freelance Brand Expert, you will teach customers Charlotte's secrets of artistry, deliver her philosophy of artistry made easy, and be part of building an amazing beauty business.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and create makeup magic in-store, representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury
• Drive business in-store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service
• Achieve sales targets through creating an amazing experience and exemplary service
• Reflect the brand values and customer base

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales: strive to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets, create brand awareness, and demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit
• Customer Service: lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and the Tilbury Touch
• Team Work: demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues
• Operations: ensure the counter is customer-ready, maintain excellent counter hygiene standards, assist with inventory levels, visual merchandising, and events
