Join us in driving the next revolution in games as a Creative Producer in the EA SPORTS FC global production team. You will be responsible for working as part of a team of Producers tasked with delivering high-quality video and design assets as part of a major global marketing campaign. You will focus primarily on supporting FC Mobile global and help the wider team achieve ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal Creative and Production teams to guide creative execution and production of AAA assets for a global sports and gaming audience.
- Read scripts and provide creative and editorial feedback to the creative director, ensuring vision is aligned with brand vision, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
- Produce assets with cross-functional teams and partners to support global business needs.
- Maintain asset trackers and sync with partners to ensure understanding of asset production statuses and timing.
- Manage and reduce project risks throughout the production process.
- Create workback and production schedules based on delivery dates and keep interested parties updated.
- Organize frequent creative reviews with various team members to solicit feedback and approval on latest cuts.
- Initiate music licensing and composition requests, confirming usage, territory, timeline, and artist credits.
- Quality check all assets for accurate spelling, required legal copy, ESRB ratings, correct end slate CTAs, and ensure files are error-free.
- Manage post-production vendors, including reviewing bids and initiating SOWs and PO requests.
- Source in-game assets for vendors, working with internal Capture team and game producers.
- Send trailers and other assets to EA's Legal team for review and confirm required disclaimers.
- Sync with EA's localization team to confirm on-time delivery of localization projects and assets.
- Build shoots alongside external production vendors, including budgeting, casting, facilities, and scheduling.
- Forecast and maintain asset production budgets.
- Maintain communications with FC Mobile Studio partners on Marketing support for in-game Live Events.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in Producer roles.
- History in creating, organizing, and executing video and design asset production.
- Experience with live-action shoots, key art, design and motion systems, video trailers, screenshots.
- Strong understanding of pre/post/editorial/design production processes.
- Familiarity with common production tools like Airtable, Frame.io, Frontify, Google Drive.
- Adept knowledge of EA SPORTS, football, and its culture.
- Interest in mobile gaming and basic understanding of player motivations.
Pay Transparency - North America The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors.
PAY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) $77,700 - $107,900 CAD
