Description
Logitech is seeking a Global Operations Intern to join their team in Hsinchu, Taiwan. As a Global Operations Intern, you will collaborate with experts across sourcing, supply chain planning, manufacturing, quality, and logistics to turn operational data and know-how into clear analysis, improved processes, and practical digital tools.
Your Contribution:
- Gather and analyze operational data (such as cost, lead time, supplier performance, and inventory) and build dashboards that support decisions.
- Map current workflows, identify gaps, and prototype improved processes together with the people who run them.
- Design and deliver one small tool or automation for your host team within 3 months.
- Leverage AI and modern digital tools to automate data workflows and enhance efficiency.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Information Management, Data Science, or related fields.
- Solid skills in SQL, Python, or advanced Excel, a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau, and process mapping.
- Tech-savvy mindset with hands-on use of AI assistants and tools to solve problems efficiently.
- Fluent English and Mandarin.
