Sales Quality Coordinator - Alabama Logistics

We are seeking a Sales Quality Coordinator - Alabama Logistics to join our team at American Honda Motor Company. This role is instrumental in ensuring customers receive quality Post Production Option (PPO) installed accessories by leading Quality strategy, assurance, and execution.

Job Purpose: PPO is a critical new business for Honda in providing quality accessory options to customers which improves customer offerings and generates increased profit for American Honda and Dealers.

Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure vehicles meet specifications
• Maintain stable quality in operations
• Promote sound process design methods
• Evaluate and support department Quality improvement activities
• Evaluate operation/supplier product output

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Related job experience in Quality Assurance
• 3-5 years of manufacturing, quality or relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Ability to promote and mentor strong quality culture/mindset

Working Conditions:

• Ability to travel, both domestic and international
• Weekend and holiday work may be required
