Technical Professional

NVIDIA is seeking a Technical Professional to join its OEM team. In this role, you will manage and lead OEM technical field teams to ensure successful execution of new products for OEM partners.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prioritize, and advise OEM technical teams on NPI and end-to-end solutions.
• Coordinate Technical Engagements: Oversee and prioritize the workflow of OEM technical teams supporting NVIDIA product integration.
• Lead NPI activities: Plan and coordinate efforts to integrate NVIDIA technologies into platforms with OEMs.
• Orchestrate End-to-End Solution Development: Lead the prioritization and sequencing of workstreams that deliver complete hardware and software solutions.
• Address OEM Partner Concerns and Provide Support: Resolve intricate customer issues and handle partner concerns.
• Coordinate Large-Scale Deployments: Lead technical execution for major customer deployments.
• Recruit and Build Talent: Participate in the recruitment process and lead interview panels.
• Influence Strategy and Policy: Provide input to business units and recommend procedural improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or MBA with focus on IT management.
• 10+ overall years of experience with OEM, ODM, datacenter operations, deployments and management.
• 5+ years of experience managing a Solutions Architecture team.
• Proven Coordination Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workflows.
• OEM Experience: Familiarity with OEM integration cycles.
• Technical Breadth: High-level understanding of NVIDIA’s solution suite.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience guiding cross-functional teams.
• Ability to represent NVIDIA in Tier-1 OEM account reviews.
• Project Management Expertise: Skilled in setting goals and tracking progress.
• Strategic Influence: Capable of shaping OEM engagement strategy.
• Recruiting Competence: Knowledgeable about NVIDIA’s hiring process.

Benefits:

• Base salary range: 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD
