We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, offering an hourly rate of $16.75 USD per hour. Working at Target means being part of a team that helps families discover the joy of everyday life. Our seasonal roles include:
- Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: Providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising presentations.
- Seasonal Service & Engagement: Focusing on guest interaction and recovery to exceed service expectations.
- Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: Ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
These roles can provide you with knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience in retail business fundamentals, and experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Enjoy working in a fun and energetic environment
- Are passionate about providing excellent guest service
- Can stock, set, and sell Target products
- Are not looking for a traditional Monday-to-Friday job with computer work
Required skills include:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Quick resolution of guest questions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Additional expectations include:
- Accurately handling cash register operations
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely (up to 40 pounds)
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
