Join Ford Motor Company's design team as a Digital Modeler, creating high-fidelity digital models that capture design intent.
You'll develop interior and exterior digital models, assist in model builds, select effective tools and techniques, and apply surface development expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing high-fidelity digital models that communicate design intent
- Assisting in digital model builds and selecting suitable tools and techniques
- Applying technical aptitude and competency in surface development and digital modeling techniques

- Translating technical data and building relationships across the design team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Transportation or Industrial Design
- Proficiency in 3D digital modeling
- One year of industry experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Proven ability to deliver finished 3D digital designs using software like Alias, Rhino, Blender, and Gravity Sketch
- Experience with digital setups, values, and procedures
- Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability to change
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

The salary range for this position is $74,300-$124,500 or $86,600-$144,900 depending on the salary grade.
