The Team You'll Work With

The Fund Administration team at Carta focuses on technical excellence, client management, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of funds and investment vehicles
• Develop systems and innovative solutions to streamline internal processes
• Collaborate with fund administration, compliance, sales, and product teams
• Ensure deliverables are met on time and customers remain compliant with regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related fields
• 3-4 years of experience in FATCA/CRS tax documentation validation, preparation, and filing
• Familiarity with FATCA and CRS filing obligations across multiple countries
• Experience with GIIN applications and registrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
