Trade Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team in Medellín, Colombia. As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will support the Trade Marketing Manager in enabling smooth flow of development and coordination of trade marketing and insights activities to maximize the potential of the Red Bull brand in the trade whilst maintaining the brand personality and values.

Responsibilities:

• Support execution on trade marketing strategies, utilizing trade and marketing experience to recommend best trade-led activities
• Identify, develop and implement necessary processes to enhance sales business performance within areas of business insights
• Align and coordinate sales and marketing activities through personal and electronic communication
• Ensure global POS toolkit is used effectively to adhere to brand guidelines and meet country needs and objectives
• Execute and align Category Management projects with identified top customers

Requirements:

• University degree in business, marketing or similar
• 2 years of experience in FMCG sector, ideally as Business Insights specialist, Category Specialist, POS specialist or Key Account executive
• Leadership, motivation and team skills
• Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity, consumer and shopper behaviour, category management and business insights in FMCG context
• Analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
