Description

The NVIDIA Architecture Modelling group is seeking a Senior Architect for GPUs and SoCs to work on modeling, analysis, and validation of chip architectures and features. You will collaborate with world-class architects to advance the state of art in performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Model and analyze graphics and/or SoC algorithms and features
  • Work across different modeling teams to document, design, develop tools, and validate models
  • Familiarize yourself with NVIDIA's models and help with feature implementation
  • Develop tests, test plans, and testing infrastructure for new architectures/features
  • Perform code coverage analysis and reporting
  • Mentor younger engineers and promote good coding practices
  • Learn about newer modeling techniques and frameworks, and evaluate solutions for NVIDIA's needs
  • Help develop AI-based tools to increase efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience, or MS with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years
  • Strong programming skills in C++, C, and familiarity with build systems, toolchains, and libraries
  • Computer Architecture background with experience in modeling with SystemC & TLM preferred
  • Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, Python, Perl
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $184,000 - $287,500 (Level 4) or $224,000 - $356,500 (Level 5)
