Description
We are seeking a Business Engineer to join our team at Vattenfall Eldistribution AB, a leading electricity network company in Sweden. As a Business Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening our ability to meet customer needs. You will have a key account responsibility for a portfolio of existing customers and manage initial phases of new connection requests.
Your main tasks will include:
- Acting as a key account manager for a customer portfolio with a focus on electricity network-related issues
- Representing customer needs in connection cases from start to finish
- Handling commercial issues with customers
- Building long-term relationships by acting as an advisor in customer dialogue
- Actively participating in development projects and contributing to new ways of working
- Collaborating cross-functionally internally and externally for optimal results
We are looking for someone with relevant higher education, such as engineering or economics, and experience working in infrastructure, preferably related to electricity networks or adjacent industries. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as the ability to create trust and clarity in dialogue with customers and colleagues.
