Assistant Content Designer - EA SPORTS™ NHL

The EA SPORTS NHL franchise has revolutionized sports gaming for millions of players worldwide.

As an Assistant Content Designer - EA SPORTS™ NHL, you will work with the production and design team to identify and create live content that EA Sports customers desire.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the NHL Live Team to develop and execute the live content plan.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of live content.
• Translate real-world events into live content ideas and plans, often requiring flexible work hours.
• Define goals and opportunities for live content based on Key Performance Indicators.
• Work closely with NHL producers to understand targets and priority changes.
• Communicate progress and quality effectively with the NHL team.
• Foster game-wide relationships and strong engagement with other groups.
• Manage dependencies and coordinate deliverables across teams.
• Contribute to team morale and encourage positive working relationships.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in game design and/or production, preferably with live service experience.
• Strong understanding of hockey and a genuine passion for the sport.
• Good eye for product quality and usability.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
