We are seeking an HR Business Partner to oversee our HR operations and support our teams in a dynamic production environment. This strategic and hands-on role involves close collaboration with department heads and management to ensure seamless HR processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from identifying needs to onboarding
• Collaborate with department heads to anticipate staffing needs based on project expansion and contraction
• Effectively manage critical hires and track vacant positions
• Coordinate bilingual job postings and ensure compliance with local language requirements

Performance Management:

• Support managers during performance reviews, improvement plans, and performance management tool usage
• Participate in defining objectives and tracking progress
• Guide managers towards preventive and effective performance issue management

Employee Relations and HR Support:

• Serve as HR point of contact for managers and employees, providing guidance and support
• Manage complex employee relations cases, including conflicts, accommodations, and complaints
• Advise managers on best practices to maintain a positive work climate and achieve goals
• Support managers in developing leadership skills, team dynamics, and difficult conversation management

Leadership Support:

• Provide trusted advice to management on personnel strategy and organisational structure optimisation

Termination and Layoff Process:

• Oversee the entire termination process, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations

HR Operations:

• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
• Ensure ongoing compliance with labour legislation
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies tailored to a production environment
