As a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, you'll play a meaningful role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting pharmacy personnel, and maintaining the sales floor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
- Support opening and closing store activities, provide customer support to all departments, and assist pharmacy personnel when needed
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
Requirements:
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and have close visual acuity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Anticipated Weekly Hours:
- 20 hours per week

- $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
