Adoption Strategist - ANZ

We are seeking an Adoption Strategist to join our team in the ANZ region. As an Adoption Strategist, you will design and run programs that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices
• Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform
• Proactively audit customer agents' prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps
• Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics
• Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns
• Engage with external implementation partners and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey
• Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results

Requirements:

• 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth, or similar role
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
• A track record of building adoption-focused programs from the ground up
• You think in systems but are creative, and you're always asking 'how do we scale or automate this'
• Extremely analytical, with the ability to identify trends easily and use them to close gaps
• Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
• Language Requirements - Must be fluent in English
