On Premise Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced On Premise Key Account Manager to drive sustainable and profitable growth of the Red Bull portfolio across national and international hotel chains, all-inclusive and resort hotels, and FSR in Turkey.

The successful candidate will develop long-term customer strategies based on account, industry, consumer and shopper insights, and translate these into joint business plans and commercially sound agreements. They will also ensure high-quality execution across contracted properties and outlets, and deliver business plan targets for volume, distribution, execution and customer investment efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic customer partnerships to expand distribution, availability, visibility and consumption occasions
• Manage relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, including owners, operators, franchisees, procurement, senior management, F&B, commercial, finance, marketing and property-level teams
• Negotiate win/win partnership agreements that create sustainable value for both Red Bull and the customer
• Ensure executional excellence at account and property level by coordinating cross-functional resources and field teams
• Measure and report volume, distribution, execution, customer investment, agreement compliance and growth opportunities

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant commercial experience in one or more of the following areas: On Premise, Key Account Management, hospitality, hotels, FSR / foodservice, or a comparable FMCG / beverage environment
• Proven experience managing strategic customers and complex commercial negotiations
• Strong understanding of hotel, hospitality and FSR business models, including chain / ownership / operator and franchise structures, procurement, F&B operations, seasonality and property / outlet-level execution
• Strong analytical, planning and financial acumen, with the ability to understand customer economics, investment effectiveness and profitable growth drivers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant business / reporting tools
