Join our team in the M&S Café at Glasgow Fort, a busy retail location. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will provide excellent customer service, operate efficiently under pressure, and maintain high food safety standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing warm, five-star service to customers
- Making great food and drink recommendations
- Using digital tools to take and fulfil orders quickly
- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards
- Working effectively in a team environment
- Adapting to changing situations and priorities
The work pattern for this role is:
- Wednesday 15:00 - 19:00
- Thursday 12:00 - 16:00
- Friday 12:00 - 16:00
- Saturday 12:00 - 16:00
Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
