Description
We are seeking an Experience Designer to join our EA SPORTS™ FC team. As one of the largest sports entertainment platforms in the world, EA SPORTS FC is redefining football with genre-leading interactive experiences, connecting a global community of fans to The World's Game through innovation and unrivaled authenticity.
You will own the end-to-end player experience for your features, from concept through ship: flows, wireframes, high-fidelity design, motion and haptic direction, and support through implementation. You will leverage and contribute to an established FC Design System, extending it for handheld context.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end player experience for your features
- Leverage and contribute to an established FC Design System
- Define input models and navigation paths for touch and platform-specific input
- Prototype and evaluate on hardware early and often
- Partner with game designers, producers, engineers, research, and product managers
Qualifications:
- 3+ years designing shipped, player-facing interfaces for games or interactive entertainment
- Touch-first interaction design experience
- Strong visual craft and design system fluency
- Fluency in Figma at a systems level
Nice to have:
- Shipped a title on handheld platforms
- Hands-on experience with Unity, Unreal/UMG, or a proprietary UI framework
- Experience with diegetic or in-world UI
