Tudor House has an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join the team at this new location opening in January 2027.
The role is offered on a Part Time basis working 20 hours per week. Hours to be confirmed to fit in with site requirement and successful applicants work life balance. The Pro Rata salary for this role is £14,026.
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep the site safe, well maintained and welcoming for colleagues, patients and visitors. You'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and minor improvement works, ensuring Property Maintenance Standards are met while contributing to a safe, efficient and well-cared-for environment.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise: Essential for the role:
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A customer-focused approach with excellent teamwork skills.
The following experience would be beneficial:
- Experience and understanding in a building, plumbing, mechanical or electrical discipline
