Digital Document Test Optimisation Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Digital Document Test Optimisation Intern. As part of this internship, you will contribute to the digital optimisation of test documents in our Quality Control laboratory in Wavre, Belgium.

Job Summary The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing and optimising our current test documentation processes. You will work closely with laboratory technicians to understand their needs and identify opportunities for digitalisation. Your goal will be to propose and implement digital solutions that meet these needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse current test documentation processes and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with laboratory technicians to understand their needs and gather requirements
• Propose and implement digital solutions to optimise test documentation
• Develop a plan for implementation and validate the proposed solution
• Participate in testing and training users on the new system
• Ensure clear communication around changes introduced

Requirements

• Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (data analysis, business analytics, management, economics, computer science, or related field)
• Fluent in French and proficient in English (technical English reading skills a minimum requirement)
• Familiarity with quality norms, GMP, and document integrity
• Experience with data structuring, versioning, and validation workflows
• Basic knowledge of laboratory environments and data management systems
