Executive Team Leader GM & Grocery (Assistant Manager General Merchandise and Grocery)

We are seeking an Executive Team Leader GM & Grocery (Assistant Manager General Merchandise and Grocery) to join our team at Target.

The pay range for this role is $64,000.00 - $128,000.00 per year.

As an Executive Team Leader GM & Grocery, you will be responsible for driving total store sales, managing a team of experts in operations, accuracy, and efficiency, and enabling efficient delivery to our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Food & Beverage, food services, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all GM areas of the store
• Developing a strategy and utilizing workload planning tools to complete all scheduled workload ensuring guest readiness at all times
• Conducting regular check-ins with team members to ensure completion of tasks and workload
• Managing all GM backroom and sales floor areas, reviewing reporting to identify gaps, and developing plans to resolve
• Overseeing GM Team Leaders' workload planning, including transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all GM areas
• Driving fulfillment sales by leading the Fulfillment team to fulfill each order accurately and efficiently
• Creating a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience and delivers on store sales goals

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable
• Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
