Description
We are seeking a Bank Physiotherapist to join our team, providing a comprehensive Physiotherapy service to residents of West Hertfordshire within the bed-based unit.
As a Bank Physiotherapist, you will be an active member of the clinical team, working autonomously to assess and treat patients, and maintain professional documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing the functional needs of patients and providing intervention plans aimed at improving function and reducing the impact of disability
- Developing and implementing treatment plans for patients referred to the service
- Undertaking comprehensive assessments, planning, and treatment of patients using clinical reasoning
- Communicating relevant medical information and discharge plans across agencies and with clients
- Gaining valid, informed consent for assessment, treatment interventions, and sharing of information

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Physiotherapy, current UK HCPC registration, and evidence of up-to-date CPD portfolio.
