Staff Offensive Security Engineer

Greenlight is looking for a Staff Offensive Security Engineer to join its Security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuous offensive security validation across consumer digital platforms, mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, internal corporate environments, and emerging hardware device lines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical strategy for offensive security
• Drive complex red teaming and multi-stage adversary simulations
• Conduct deep-dive vulnerability research into high-risk areas
• Champion a culture of security-minded development across the R&D organization
• Establish automated security guardrails and self-healing infrastructure within a fintech environment

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in offensive security, red teaming, or penetration testing
• Expert-level offensive skills
• Cloud native expertise, particularly with AWS security architecture
• Application security depth, including manual code review and bypass techniques
• Automation mindset, with scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
• Strategic communication skills
