Description
We are seeking an experienced Agile Dev Team Member IV - Guidewire to join our team in Hyderabad. As an Agile Dev Team Member IV, you will have collective responsibility for the design, development, testing, and deployment of system functionality. You will provide guidance, mentorship, and training to direct reporting staff of Agile Dev team members.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy system functionality
- Provide technical feasibility using a range of coding methods and adhere to coding standards
- Ensure systems are architecturally sound, high in code and component quality, and easily modified to support future requirements
- Define and execute tests early, often, and at multiple levels
- Analyze system and business requirements for testability
- Identify common errors that occur in standard application testing
- Develop, document, execute, and maintain test cases and test data
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience
- Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to interpret them into viable solutions
- Experience with Guidewire Policy Center 10 development and GOSU language
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, Spring JPA, Spring Boot
- Experience with agile methodologies and testing techniques
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks
- Knowledge of risk-based testing techniques
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment
