Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team at AVL SCHRICK Performance Components GmbH in Remscheid, Germany.

As a Finisher, you will be responsible for processing and finishing high-quality prototype and series components according to specified quality standards.

Your main tasks will include:

• Processing and finishing high-quality prototype and series components according to specified quality standards
• Deburring, polishing, cleaning, and optimising surfaces for flawless component quality
• Conducting visual, dimensional, and quality inspections and documenting the results
• Identifying deviations early on and ensuring they are rectified properly
• Ensuring the readiness for use of tools, aids, and testing equipment
• Collaborating closely with production and quality assurance to achieve optimal results

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Experience in metalworking, post-processing, or surface treatment is advantageous
• Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment
• Pronounced quality awareness and attention to detail
• Independent, meticulous, and reliable working style
• Team spirit and engagement
• Completed technical training as a toolmaker, machining technician, or similar
