Physical Therapist - Vestibular

We are seeking a Physical Therapist - Vestibular to join our team at Advocate Health in Libertyville, IL. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $41.10 - $61.65 per hour. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires.

The successful candidate will interpret physician referrals, complete evaluations, and establish plans of care for patients. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations
• Developing and implementing individual treatment plans
• Monitoring patient outcomes and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Providing patient/family teaching and discharge planning
• Maintaining accurate records and completing required documentation

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Physical Therapy License in Illinois or Wisconsin
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Vestibular experience preferred
• Intermediate computer skills and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
