Senior Production Supervisor, Ford Energy

We're seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to lead transformation and shape culture at Ford Energy. As a critical leadership role, you'll drive performance, impacting quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Production Supervisor, you'll be the vital link between strategic goals and daily execution, leading a dedicated hourly team.

• Act as a champion of workplace safety, enforcing regulations and fostering vigilance.
• Lead and direct a team to produce high-quality products, meeting or exceeding production targets.
• Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and address safety and quality issues promptly.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment, motivating your team to achieve shared goals.
• Utilize data to reduce downtime and quality defects, driving efficiency and quality improvements.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, improving processes and driving innovation.
• Proactively address conflicts fairly, building strong working relationships.
• Champion accountability, managing performance and ensuring fairness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, or relevant experience.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements or cultural shifts.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

This position is a salary grade 8, ranging from $99,100-$166,200.
