Applied AI Researcher

As an Applied AI Researcher, you will sit at the intersection of AI, data and real-world energy systems, responsible for deploying, scaling and continuously improving AI-driven operations across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI across the business (trading, customer operations, product development, internal tooling)
• Redesign core operational processes to be AI-first
• Eliminate manual work across functions through intelligent automation
• Build internal AI tools that supercharge teams across product, finance and operations
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies rapidly
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a top university in STEM
• Deep curiosity about AI and a track record of using it in real-world settings
• Relentless approach to solving problems
• Comfortable learning quickly and iterating
• Ability to work well individually or in a team
