General Merchandise Expert

Working as a General Merchandise Expert at Target means helping families discover the joy of everyday life. You will be part of a team that prioritises guest experience while ensuring product is available and easy to shop.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience
• Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues
• Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas
• Executing daily tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, and maintaining the sales floor
• Operating power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified
• Learning and executing operational procedures such as setting and organising merchandise, managing product accuracy and stock levels
