Program Manager, Safeguards Workforce Operations

As Program Manager for Safeguards Workforce Operations, you'll own programs end-to-end for onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and access provisioning for every worker type.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the workforce lifecycle for contractor, vendor, and BPO reviewers
• Triage and execute inbound requests for new or changing vendor, BPO, and contractor capacity
• Turn ad hoc or broken processes into scalable ones
• Partner with IT and Security on access governance
• Build and maintain capacity plans with Enforcement leads
• Work with Safeguards vendor management to hold partners accountable
• Align practices with Human Data Operations and other teams
• Help define the long-term workforce strategy for Safeguards Enforcement

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience running onboarding, offboarding, access, and device provisioning
• Operated scaled human review programs with vendors or BPOs
• Improved broken or ad hoc processes
• Understand capacity planning fundamentals
• Exercise sound judgment on access and permissions
• Move quickly and stay effective when priorities change

Preferred qualifications:

• Owned a vendor or BPO relationship directly
• Built formal capacity models
• Supported workforces across multiple enforcement or harm areas
• Hands-on experience with device management and identity and access tooling
• Worked through a period of hypergrowth

The annual compensation range for this role is $245,000-$285,000 USD.
