Accra Tech 2nd Shift

We are seeking an experienced Accra Tech to join our team at Multimatic in Butler, Indiana. As an Accra Tech, you will be responsible for production and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on an assigned ACCRA press line.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and fully understand ACCRA press line controls, start up and shut down the line as required
• Perform all part and quality checks at given intervals
• Assist Senior ACCRA Tech on all troubleshooting and unplanned downtime issues
• Conduct press changeovers at the assigned ACCRA press line
• Assist tool and die in basic die maintenance during a production run
• Recover press, equipment and robots from error or faulted positions
• Maintain assigned production documentation
• Make minor process adjustments as needed to maintain necessary part quality
• Lead and maintain 5S standards
• Collaborate with other production operators on the ACCRA lines
• Communicate effectively with other ACCRA Techs on other shifts
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with all levels of associates
