Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Crystal Peaks Sheffield, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and selling our newest food products
- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and driving sales growth
- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store
In this role, you will be required to work part-time hours, including Sundays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 14:00 to 18:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
