As a Food Manager at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, you will play a key role in leading the food hall team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Role model and coach high standards and efficiency across the food hall.
- Manage compliance with processes while maintaining passion and flair for great shopkeeping and customer service.
- Ensure customers get the food they want when shopping with Sainsbury's.
- Manage performance and capability, conduct disciplinaries, and ensure accurate scheduling and pay.
- Assume overall responsibility for running the store at times.
Requirements:
- Previous line management experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and coaching others.
- Experience leading teams in a dynamic customer-facing environment.
- Proven success in delivering against KPIs.
- Experience managing complex people matters.
