Plumber

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of commercial plumbing systems and associated mechanical building services across our contract portfolio.

The successful candidate will deliver planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and statutory compliance activities in accordance with SFG20, manufacturer recommendations, contractual obligations, and relevant legislation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing assigned plumbing PPMs in accordance with SFG20
• Maintaining water services, sanitaryware, valves, pipework, pumps, TMVs, boosted water systems, and drainage systems
• Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs, including leaks, blockages, and pipework modifications
• Undertaking statutory inspections relating to water hygiene and plumbing systems
• Raising remedial works and escalating safety-critical defects
• Recording all work in the CAFM system
• Supporting minor works and projects

The ideal candidate will have:

• A recognised apprenticeship in Plumbing
• A minimum of three years' experience maintaining commercial plumbing systems
• Experience within facilities management
• Experience delivering SFG20 maintenance
• A full UK driving licence
• Competent IT skills, including CAFM/mobile applications
