Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab - Greater Charlotte - PRN

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team in the Greater Charlotte area. As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, establish care plans, and provide therapy services as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Evaluate patients and develop care plans
• Gather and interpret data from medical records and patient interactions
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes
• Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and clinical staff
• Provide patient and family education
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and technicians

Physical Requirements:

• Hearing and vision adequate for communication and reading
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift patients and equipment
• Occasional climbing, kneeling, twisting, and bending

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Applicable state license for Physical Therapy
• CPR Certification and BLS required
