The Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) team plays a crucial role in the development process, providing actionable insights to optimise software performance and enhance gameplay.

As the Head of Product Experience, FC, you will work closely with senior production and creative leaders to ensure that all FC player experiences exceed player expectations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Experiential Quality function within the FC franchise, focusing on driving positive impact on quality and player experience.
• Support strategic planning and execution for new and current experiences within the EA Sports FC ecosystem.
• Establish a quality assessment framework that translates player experience goals into actionable insights.
• Champion a rigorous, player-centric quality approach using research, player sentiment, and data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align experiential quality initiatives with overall business and product objectives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of game production, game design, or game product leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience with football-related games and products is strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of design thinking, user experience, and systems-level product development.
• Strong influence and collaboration skills, with experience working with creative leaders, UXR, marketing, and quality verification teams.
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience with development tools, metrics, and risk management frameworks.
