Key Account Manager

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to assist in the development, implementation, and tracking of Red Bull's sales strategy for major national Off Premise Customers in Karachi, Pakistan.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of at least 3 years of professional experience in Key Account Management and/or Field Force Management, ideally with an FMCG/beverage background.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Red Bull's commercial strategy at key customers at the regional level
• Design and implement National KA strategies
• Assist in the development of short and mid-term customer strategies in line with the overall national sales policy
• Analyze available data sources to derive customer's growth opportunities
• Develop annual business and effective promotion plans for regional customers
• Conduct and lead yearly negotiation processes at key customers at the regional level
• Continuously track and adjust volume and profitability targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning customer category strategies

Requirements:

• A proven track record of min 3 years professional experience in Key Account Management and/or Field Force Management, ideally with FMCG/beverage background
• Experience in Category Management preferred
• Cross-functional experience in Trade Marketing / Consumer Marketing is a plus
• Excellent network of existing contacts and trade relationships
• Strategic ability - Can develop specific, valuable, innovative and commercially focused strategies
• Commercial acumen - Strong understanding of sales processes and financial systems
• Analytical skills - Strong planning and negotiation skills with a sound understanding of financial bottom line implications
• Negotiation experienced - Successful front line retail negotiation experience and problem-solving skills
• Presentation skills - Demonstrate great presentation skills that provide highly relevant and commercially viable strategies
