Description
As a Food Manager at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, you will play a crucial role in leading the food hall team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Modelling and coaching high standards and efficiency across the food hall
- Managing compliance with processes while maintaining excellent customer service
- Ensuring customers get the food they want when they shop with us
- Managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay
- Assuming overall responsibility for running the store at times
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous line management experience in a fast-paced operational environment
- A track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and coaching others
- Experience leading teams in a dynamic customer-facing environment
- Proven success in delivering against KPIs
- Experience managing complex people matters
