Finance Supervisor, Program Development

Finance strategically partners with operations to drive outstanding business results and enhance Ford’s industry leadership. As a Finance Supervisor, Program Development, you will provide financial planning, analysis, and control for all aspects of the PD programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed understanding of various technologies and architectures.
• Deliver Contribution Cost & Investment Targets for program milestones through Job #1 with timely and high-quality financials.
• Support cross-functional teams in decision-making through benchmarking and futuring affordable cost.
• Drive capital allocation prioritization decisions that create value for the enterprise through accurate and clear business cases.
• Lead ad hoc studies supporting vertical integration, global sourcing decisions, make versus buy scenarios, and capacity analysis.
• Support on-time sourcing and program timing delivery.
• Lead the preparation of management slides and other ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.
• Support development of a platform Bill of Material.
• Leverage new modernization tools (e.g., Power BI) and data analytics to report program financials, identify efficiencies, drive value creation, simplify processes, and increase agility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a strong focus on operational partnering, physicals-based budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, or financial systems.
