Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Newry The Quays, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll:
- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods
- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience
- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store
Working Hours:
- Thursday: 19:00-23:00
- Friday: 19:00-23:00
- Saturday: 18:00-22:00
Additional Information:
- £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
- Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
- This role involves working late nights, so applicants must be 18 years or older
