Solutions Architect - NVIDIA Cloud Partners

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between design and deployment of large-scale AI and HPC GPU infrastructure. The successful candidate will support customers in building next-generation GPU infrastructure.

Job Summary: As a Solutions Architect, you will drive end-to-end technology solution integration with strategic customers and provide recommendations for business and engineering teams based on customer feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with NVIDIA Cloud Partners to implement innovative hardware and software solutions.
• Identify and secure business opportunities with Sales Account Managers and other business leads.
• Provide primary technical support for customers during development, construction, and production of extensive GPU cloud infrastructure.
• Conduct regular technical customer meetings for project details, feature discussions, and debugging sessions.
• Build Proofs of Concepts (PoCs) with customers to address critical business needs.
• Prepare and deliver technical content, including presentations and workshops.
• Analyze and develop joint solutions for customer performance and scaling issues.

Requirements:

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Solution Engineering experience working directly with partners and customers.
• Experience crafting and deploying large-scale cluster environments.
• Practical expertise in data center design, development, and execution for AI and HPC.
• Efficient time management and clear communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with NVIDIA hardware and systems technology, such as NCCL, DCGM, UFM, and Mission Control.
• Background with at-scale GPU systems, performance testing, and AI benchmarking.
• Involvement in cluster administration and coordination (SLURM, K8s, etc.).
